The NPL Employees Co-Operative Group Housing Society was registered with the Registrar Co-Operative Societies, Delhi, under Registration No. 133(H) on 13th June, 1972. The Society was formed with the objective of developing residential accommodation for its members through cooperative efforts and lawful governance.
In the year 1983, the Society was allotted a plot of land measuring 1.366 acres in H Block, Vikaspuri, New Delhi – 110018. The physical possession of the land was formally handed over to the authorised representatives of the Society by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) at Vikas Minar on 13th February, 1984.
Subsequently, the Society undertook the planning and execution of the housing project, including finalisation of architectural designs and appointment of contractors.
